CONDO RENTAL POLICIES

Deposits/Payments/Cancellations
  • A valid credit card guarantee is required at the time you reserve your property. Reservations and deposits may be secured by
  • Visa, MasterCard
  • A Deposit of 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation of Reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival is fully refundable.
  • Cancellation of Reservation: 30 days to 14 days: Forfeit ½ of the deposit.
  • Cancellation of Reservation: 13 days to 72 hours: Forfeit total deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival: Full rental value.
  • ·here is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no shows.

Check-in/Out Times
  • Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.
  • Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out will be charged ½ of the nightly rate and is required prior to arrival.

Pets &  Smoking
  • Please arrange other accommodations for your pets. If you bring a pet in to this rental unit without written permission from
    the management you will be charged a $350.00 deep cleaning fee.
  • This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT. You are welcome to smoke on the patio. There will be a $350 fee charged for smoking inside.
  • We reserve the right to access a cleaning/damage/loss charge upon departure if necessary.
